With the 2008 election upon us, I am pleased to announce my decision to seek re-election to Congress.

Representing the citizens of Adams, Cumberland, and York counties in Congress has been a true privilege for which I am deeply grateful. As in my previous campaigns, I plan to conduct a positive, grass-roots campaign. I've always sought to carry myself, as a candidate and an office-holder, in an honorable manner worthy of your trust.
